Suocheng 002 is an Ordinary Chondrite (H‑type) discovered in Xinjiang, China in 2024. As an H‑group stony Meteorite, it contains a higher proportion of metal and well‑defined chondrules, reflecting the metal‑rich chemistry of its parent asteroid. H‑type material typically shows moderate thermal metamorphism, where original chondrules remain visible but exhibit varying degrees of recrystallisation and integration into the surrounding matrix. This makes Suocheng 002 an excellent example of how early asteroidal bodies experienced heating, shock events, and internal reorganisation while still preserving the fundamental textures of primitive solar‑system rock. Energetically, H‑type chondrites are often associated with clarity, structure, and strengthening one’s internal framework, supporting grounded focus and steady forward movement.
