SHIPPING POLICY
Crystal Mission is based in Auckland, New Zealand. We offer Shipping via Overnight Courier to any North Island Address and 2-day Courier for South Island addresses. These are estimated time frames only - unfortunately any delays in shipping are out of our hands. But please get in touch if you have any concerns and we will do our best to help. We use NZ Post to send your items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We love to ship to our international customers. For Australia, we offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $12 NZD, with free shipping on orders over $150 NZD. International orders outside Australia are shipped at a flat rate of $50 NZD, also eligible for free shipping over $250 NZD, or please email us for a bespoke shipping quote for your area.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
You can exchange any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and undamaged. Just email us to let us know and we can arrange for the item to be picked up and returned.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We'll arrange for a refund or a replacement should there be any damage to the items on delivery, just email us photos of the damaged items and we can organise the rest!
