This large Money Toad carving is made from authentic Ocean Jasper sourced from the northwest coast of Madagascar, showing the material’s characteristic orbicular and botryoidal formations, layered banding, and natural tones shaped by ancient volcanic processes. In this piece, the toad has an open mouth and sits directly on a cluster of carved coins, with additional coins along its back — a posture traditionally associated with secured prosperity, resource protection, and the steady holding of accumulated wealth. The open mouth also allows you to place your own coin if you choose, adding a gentle incoming‑energy layer to its secured‑wealth posture.Ocean Jasper is believed to carry an Earth‑wisdom quality and is thought to support resilience, pacing, and a calm, observant outlook, adding a steadying presence to the symbolic form. This carving contains natural cracks, pitting, and textural variation consistent with genuine Ocean Jasper. You will receive the exact piece shown.

  • OCEAN JASPER
Authentic Ocean Jasper is a rare variety of orbicular Chalcedony found only in the Marovato region of Madagascar. It forms when colloidal silica suspensions lose water and solidify into masses of microcrystalline quartz, creating distinctive orb patterns, banding, and layered colour blends. Each piece is unique, showing tones that range from soft pastels to vivid contrasts, often recalling the spray and rhythm of the ocean. Metaphysically, Ocean Jasper is celebrated as a nurturing and heart‑healing stone. It is believed to bring peace, joy, and emotional renewal, while encouraging introspection and a grounded connection to Earth.

    MONEY TOAD
The "Money Toad," also known as the Jin Chan or Chan Chu, is believed to attract wealth and prosperity.  Typically depicted as a three-legged toad with red eyes, flared nostrils, and a coin in its mouth, it often sits on a pile of traditional Chinese cash. The Toad's three legs represent it's connection to the moon, while the coin symbolizes wealth.
