Hemimorphite is a zinc silicate mineral, which comes in a wide variety of colors, known for its turquoise blue variety, and are primarily formed within and around zinc deposits. Also notable is the fact that Hemimorphite exhibits a variety of crystal habits, including prismatic, tabular, and botryoidal.
