Rutilated quartz is a rare variety of quartz which contains acicular (needle-like) inclusions of rutile. Our Copper Rutile is high grade with great clarity, with rutile inclusions, in both copper and gold and black strands. Rutile is believed to be a strong energy for enhancing and energising, cleansing and absorbing negative energy. Our chips come in a small glass vial with cork stopper, 5CMH and are often used in crystal grid work.

Mostly these inclusions look golden, but they also can appear silver, copper red or black, in singles or in bundles, sometimes even forming a star. An enhanced master stone, Rutile Quartz is believed to be even more potent than Quartz, and is associated with high frequency energies; a powerful healing and energy amplifying stone, beneficial for expanding consciousness and psychic awareness and awakening.
