BLACK TOURMALINE
Black Tourmaline (Schorl) is an aluminium‑rich borosilicate mineral and the most common member of the Tourmaline group. It forms in elongated, vertically striated columns with an uneven fracture and a naturally high density. Schorl can develop a mild electrical charge when heated or rubbed due to its pyroelectric and piezoelectric properties. Traditionally worked with for purification, grounding, and energetic protection, Black Tourmaline is often regarded as a stabilising talisman and a strong psychic shield.
